An old Korean pottery technique gradually revived by Jiri Duchek. A very special glazed teapot with cracking glaze that creates ‘patina’ pattern.
This pot has been used for more than 3 months for drinking sheng pu-erh teas. It was used to test the cracking glaze and also have an opportunity for any of you have a ready-to-see what this teapot looks like after used for some time. Each of these cups, teapots are each unique and special marks makes them more valuable. Some might have a nice salmon like colour shades coming on the surface but not this one.
This pot gives a very clear taste profile for teas, no matter which kind. It does not hide, enhanced or mutes taste, it does not make it round or mild, it makes as it is, clear as a mountain steam water (here still some mountains might have different taste profile due to minerals of such and such mountain).
