This tea is called Banzhang Organic Sheng Puerh. If it is a Lao Banzhang does not mention it still it has a very near feel and flavour of Lao Banzhang. It is made by Six Famous Tea Mountain tea company back in 2006. It’s founder is one of the Menghai tea factory leaders that left after Menghai factory went private. The genuine label of organic back at those days was really expensive to obtain so the tea should be at least some good and indeed it is.

The strong bitterness of LBZ is there, probably some other Bulang mountain village material is combined in. I got only this cake as such old Banzhang 6FTM is indeed hard to find and buy at accessible price.
