These wooden pieces went through a long ‘process of creation’. Milan, the woodcarver, finds pieces in a forest, pieces that are ‘dead wood’. Takes them home and then have these pieces await their ‘fate’. Wooden pieces are carved only when time allows Milan to work on them. Slowly wooden pieces are formed into usable tools. Carving and polishing takes ages (days) to have a final scoop ready to use. Each piece has natural oil applied that was tried for years and does not get stale.

A wooden scoop made of cherry wood.  A natural odourless oil applied. Very light, made for bigger leaves teas like maochas, white teas, big leaves green teas.
