Name: Pang San Zhou mountain sun dried black spring tea
Year: 2023 spring
Weight: loose, maocha
Details:
this year I thought to make some black sun dried tea from my favourite Pang San Zhou mountain, one of the three tea gardens Veian has. This is a spring sun dried tea from a steep slope, the trees are old from 200 to 400 years.
tasting notes:
very intense sweet thick tea taste in the first brew
refined assam and in some parts of red wine notes
no unpleasent feelings in the stomach area also the taste is in all aspect flawless
seems like that Pang San Zhou mountain tea leaves are most tasty (at least for my senses)
dark (dark bitter chocolate) and deep sweet mountful taste
notes of second session:
very friendly black tea, full of taste and I can’t help again reminds me of chocolate, this time not that bitter since it is only the first brew, later it had this darjeeling juiciness, very good, further with longer brews chocolate is more apparent and if more pushed chocolate turns to red wine notes, pretty much fruityness like those fruity jelly cookies dipped in chocolate

Podrobnosti:
