tea that times feel like dark roasted Tie Kuan Yin, comes from a bit different oolong variety that is numbered 12 (I suppose a clon/al), butter notes comes up in this roasted version too, still its a blend of roasting scents with fruitiness of an oolong, stronger brew gives almost cognac tones, minerality shows, the overal feeling is very balanced and easy to drink

This tea comes from small Veayan’s oolong tea garden. I have been tasting these teas from some years already and this time I asked for 1 kg to have others too try it.
