About:
A chawan by Jiri Duchek. Such pieces are made occasionally by Jiri. This one with a kohiki glaze and amamori ‘flowers’. There is some already visible inside.

A big piece that is pleasure to grasp and hold in one’s hands. The rim going around the bowl creates a river like effect intersecting the bottom part. There is also like pushed in the clay making irregularity to be a beauty.
