The tea strikes me as having a dark, grassy flavour with a dash of bitterness. I suppose Peter's 'spicy' may be my 'dark'. It's definitely aged some, with a good viscous soup that initiates a punch of dry mouth and cooling. If you're into the grassy profile or want to try it; I would recommend.
