Name: GǔShù Yìwǔ Guā fēng zhài
Year: 2003
Weight: cca 500 grams bingcha
Country of origin: China, Yunnan province, Yiwu mountain
Details:
very nice storage aroma with hints of smoke comes out of a preheated pot, first sips brings a bit of harshness and rough notes, still soft and round at the background, there is in the start this super tasty old style bitterness found in old aged famous factory cakes, sweet tones dancing in the empty cup, second cup brings oldness as this tea was more than 20 years old, sweet saliva starts to appear on the tongue and a energy fills the chest, 3rd steep brings more tasty ness, 4th steep brings more energy, strong man! it says, the consequent steeps varies and keep the same level fullness, in the half way this tea seems to get weaker but then it re-wakes and goes again with nice stamina,
in overall very smooth, soft, natural, straight multi layer taste profile, simply if you finish this tea you won’t have a feeling to have some other tea
