elegant, light ageing notes, very easy to drink, nuts, light honey and ripe fruit notes, subtle difference and progress to the last years Lao Cha

the tea leaves are the same and so that the story as the last year Lao Cha, this tea is pressed from maocha from 2016 that was ordered and not picked by some chinesse tea merchant, the last years version pressed into 200 gram cakes and this year one in bigger 357 ones, the tea leaves are long and big and I had a feel those bigger cakes will save/preserve the leaves better and indeed they did

the tea cakes, the same for 2021 teas too were pressed before summer and packed only in October due to raining  season which proves (as far as observed it so far) better ageing
