Details:

A smooth and tasty baking notes covering the first brew with simple sweet cake flavour. A light honey notes open up with the second and third brew. Spicy, raw mountain honey feel incorporated into the roast. Ongoing brews get more rounded and sweeter.  The roast is there to give the tea an unique character. The wild honey aftertaste attacks with longer later steeps and sticks to the tongue.

The tea comes from an organic tea garden of Mr. Lin that is already at his 68 age of life, still very vigorous. He said he makes tea for 50 years already so his entire life.
