raw spring feel of fresh tea leaves in the first brews, a rush of energy quickly goes to the head, pure vegetal flavour with sweetish feel on the tongue, the lightness lingering in the air, watery tea soup with tremendous power penetrating all the cells in the body, we can say there is depth but light texture, mixture of flavours wildly popping up, the tea soup colour goes from light green to radiant transparent yellow, nutty, fruit kernel bitter almond notes covering the taste buds, perspiration of the body with the rush of vitality starts, enjoying the purity of spring

these tea leaves come from Veian’s Pang San Zhou tea garden, a steep slope in a picturesque valley with a floating spring, it was harvested as a very first tea leaves in February, I thought to get some of it, experience the pure feel of the spring and even Veian said it is not sort it out of huang pian leaves which give also to the tea another level
