some people say that shu puerh has lower teain level but this tea’s body and mind feeling is indeed strong, you feel the energy after a few cups, you are awake and present here and now, I thought to try to have this tea in new Ducheks plumb ashes inside glazed rye cup and my desicion was right, the cup is suited for this gushu shu puerh, at some steeps the tea seemed like old sheng puerh and I would easily confused it not to be shu at all, even the porcelain cup might seem to give more pronounced tea character, the rye cup sets this tea just in the right picture creating a perfect oldish puerh drink

so this is a ‘contest’ of a high quality porcelain versus self mined, self aged and fully made teacup, this way Jiri can control the whole process of making his ceramics, from the point where he digs up the soil and mud, creates the clay, age the clay, fully hand made ceramics until the firing the ceramics and with final finish, a very rare approach
