delicate, noble subtle taste, sweet flavour on the tongue, like drinking icy mountain well water, flowery notes flashing through the taste buds, reminder of ripe dried plums, hints of black tea flavour,

I wouldn’t thought to make white tea in the past years until some near past I encountered a pressed old tea tree white tea in Yunnan, I bought some of it for my mother then while visiting her I was drinking it, hope I left some of it to her too,

I had a feel that I should sacrifice this year spring old tea tree to make white tea and black tea, from my thai friend VeiAn,

I simply asked him if he makes white and black tea for me from those old tea trees, he said OK but the price will be the same as for pu-erh tea, I said OK as again I had the feeling that it will be worth of it, told him pick the tea leaves finely, bud and two leaves only, sun dry it and have some of it pressed into cakes
