When you are stuck in time you are here. I was in a mood of making tea this morning. My hand fell on Mannuo 2012. Tightly compressed tea that has sat in Guangzhou province for a few years and then traveled to Slovakia. I made the first two steeps pretty strong. The bitterness is penetrating, strong and still leaving no trace of bad taste in your mouth.
I am slowly getting used to my new old japanese iron casted stove. I have to use more charcoal to have the kettle boiling, bigger pieces. This piece came to from Osaka and give the tea ‘drinking’ a kind atmosphere, added value as we say in the modern world. Each piece of teaware and the tea itself complete the whole tea preparation and its savouring.
