mountain spring water

I used love freshly pumped up water that we were drinking as kids in my grandmas house. During hot sunny days this water was pumped up by a garden hand pump. Then carried in a bucket to the kitchen.

It’s been raining since yesterday, the temperature fell to 8 Celsius/46 F, the humidity is really high, the chilli wind won’t please anyone. Despite of my busy morning I decided to burn some charcoal in my iron stove and put on my kettle. The warm of the charcoal gives a cosy feeling during these rainy.

I had some water from a mountain spring that I took a few days ago. Such a water should not be wasted. This water is a treasure. Anytime I get to do some hiking in mountains I would drink such water straight from streams and springs. I realized that such water will give you energy, a very nice body feeling beside of its taste. Its sweetish, smooth, when entering your mouth giving a cooling sensation, its taste is almost not noticed by our ‘industrial’ taste buds. Such feeling of this taste is so subtle it disappears sooner than noticed.

I used to love freshly pumped up water we were drinking as kids in my grandmas house. During hot sunny days this water was pumped up by a garden hand pump. Then carried in a bucket to the kitchen. There was no running water in the house at that time. There were no syrups or other things to sweeten your water. Only fresh, cold water in hot days, it was refreshing and thirst quenching.

Drinking last spring Mannuo with such water makes me feel drinking a new tea, a tea that I do not know. Sweet tones mingled with bitter bulangish character with very clear transparent taste are indicating that this tea taste is as it should and deserves to be.
