Right from in the start of this writting I want to note than my perceptions, sensesation and views are very individual. This means that every moments, each reality of a human being is exceptional and can not be repeated.

Eeach day I learn new things and among them is a intuitive decicion making. Things are happening and they happen not just like they happen. I am opening a clay jar with tea cakes, there are 6 teas from 2021, I say, I choose the one that simply comes into my hand. So it be and I am reading the sign that points to Rare5.

The tea chores will take one hour more or less, this includes the water heating on charcoal, it is half past five in the morning and I have time. This whole process is like resetting the mind into a tea drinking. This sound pretty scary, unimaginable thing to do, but simply one is preparing the things, focuses on each step, when I sweep the floor I sweep it, try not to plan the next thing, once drinking tea try to drink tea.

Before the water boils I try to fit time to sit meditation for these 20 minutes at least. This relaxes the body and mind and ones gets a nice shower over the mind. I open my eyes and I am ready – for the ride.

The first sip with a scent or more like a flavour of exotic wood, never eaten such but it came to my mind. The taste is conected with the flavour. The is smooth, very smooth and flavourfull. This exotic wood or rather its perception is like a light version of frankincense or some similar scents. Sweetish scents comes the next, rising from the cup while drinking. Forest flowers in full display, combination of all possible flavours, concert of wild nature in mounth and nose, even a cold tea in cup is a heaven on earth, connection with Gods.

While drinking ristretto drops (after you stepped tea, about 4th and later steeps, you try to poour the drops that are left, about 3-4 minutes later the main steep) so these are ofter very strong version of tea, like an essence, here I feel bitter almonds, the cup is emiting scents even when it got cold, there are over riped fruit flavours after later longer steeped tea.

This tea requires a full attention, relaxed body and mind. This was nicely described in Alex blog. Similar happened to me also, the mind drifted away, started to plan, and tea perception faded and even got lost.

While writing this lines still drinking more steeps and still feeling exotic wood hint, light menthol feeling, even the brew still has nice scent.

Its hard to say if this tea is not for beginners, I have experience with some sensitive people that they react to these Rare teas similary. My silent assumption is that this tea will with its age get pretty wild and then with following decade get setlled and become a real gem.

Úvodom tohto písania chcem poznamenať pár vecí a to že moje dojmy, vnemy a postrehy sú veľmi individuálne. Znamená to že každý okamžik, každá realita jedinca je výnimočná a neopakovateľná.

Každý deň sa učím nové veci a do tohto spadá intuitívne rozhodovanie sa. Veci sa dejú a dejú sa nie len tak. Otváram dózu s čajmi, 6 rôznych rozbalených koláčov z roku 2021. Hovorím si, dám si ten čaj, ktorý mi padne do ruky. A je tomu tak, vyberám Rare5.

Príprava vecí k čajovaniu, a potom zohrievanie čaju zaberie aj hodinu, je ráno pol šiestej a mám na to čas. Celý tento process je ako keby prestavenie mysle do módu ‘pitia čaju’. Znie to hrozne nepredstaviteľne ale jeden robí veci, pripravuje čajové náradie, uhlíky, vodu, iba robí veci, sústredí na danný pohyb, pitie čaju, pijem čaj a neulietam tam a späť.

Predtým ako voda zovrie, skúsim vtesnať do tohto času trocha meditovania, čo zaberie asi 20 minút. Toto uvoľní telo aj myseľ, ktorá týmto dostane takú príjemnú spršku.

Prvý dúšok vôňa či viac chuť exotického dreva, nikdy som také drevo nejedol ale prišlo mi to na myseľ. Vôňa je spojená s chuťou. Čaj je hladký, veľmi hladký a ľahodný. Toto exoticke drevo, či skôr jeho vnem je ako keby ľahká verzia kadidla alebo jemu podobných vôní. Nastupujú sladkasté vône ktoré sa vinú so šálky pri pití. Lesné kvetiny v plnej paráde, kombinácia všetkých možných chutí, koncert divokej prírody v ústach a nose, dokonca chuť vychladnutého čaju je nebo na zemi, spojenie s Bohmi.

Pri pití ristretto kvapiek (po zliatí asi 4-5tého nálevu, asi po 3-4 minútach sa snažíme dostať kvapky čo ešte zostali v konvičke) sa objavujú silne horké mandle, šálka vonia aj vychladnutá aj po X-tom náleve, prezreté ovocia s dlhšie lúhovaného neskoršieho nálevu, šálka podáva ruku a žiada sa ďaľšia.

Toto je čaj ktorý si žiada plnú pozornosť, uvoľnenie mysle aj tela. Veľmi dobre to vystihol aj Alex vo svojom blogu. Niečo podobné sa mi stalo, myseľ uletela, začala planovať a väčšina vnemom z čaju vybledla a miestami sa stratila.

Pri písani týchto riadkom popíjam neskorý nálev ktorý v dochuti taktiež podčiarkuje exotické drevo, ľahko mentolový pocit. Hmmm, a stále aj samotný nálev vonia.

Ťažko povedať či tento čaj nie je pre začiatočníkov, keďže mám skúsenosti, že istý citlivý ľudia aj bez dlhých rokov pitia čaju dobre, podobne reagujú na tieto Rare, pralesné, jedinečné čaje. Môj tichý predpoklad že tento typ čaju, konkretné tento rokmi docela zdivie a potom so po pár desaťročí postupne ukludní a premení sa na skutočný drahokam.
